AlignCare: Improving Access to Veterinary Care
Recorded On: 06/10/2021
Millions of families have limited access to veterinary care, mainly due to insufficient funds. Lack of needed veterinary care negatively impacts the whole family—both human and pet—and may lead to relinquishment to shelters. Learn how AlignCare improves access to veterinary care for families in need by aligning community resources to address families’ financial and emotional needs, enabling veterinary service providers to help underserved pets, and controlling costs to address the impact of low socioeconomic status. Discover how an AlignCare program can work in your community.
